Grant by Humfrey Bevyle to John Tour of Helston (Cornwall) and Iasbella his wife of a place of land with a garden in the street of St. Mary, Helston, between the place of John Golankin and the place of the heirs of Selgene and 4 acres of land in the field of Gwell Golesere and Gwell Gwarthenere [bounds given, amongst properties names, those of: John Pengersyk, John Gerves, John Herysy] to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies at a yearly rent of 10s., with remainder to Michael Rose and Juliana his wife and the heirs of their bodies, with covenant for reentry if the rent be one month arrear. Given at Wolvyston (Cornwall) on Tuesday next before the feast of St. Michael in September, 29 Henry VI.
